Frequently Asked Questions
I see a vehicle on your website that I am interested in. How can I find out what parts it will need to repair it?
When you find a vehicle that you are interested in, please contact our rebuilder department for a parts list for that vehicle. We will put together a list of items that the vehicle needs as well as current prices for those parts that we either have in stock or can obtain. There is no guarantee that our list is complete. Once it goes to the body shop and work begins, your shop may find additional parts that were unable to be identified as damaged before the teardown.
I found a vehicle that I want to buy, but I don’t live close enough to pick it up. How can I get it transported?
43 Auto will assist our customers in finding a transport company if one is necessary. If you choose, we can post the vehicle to a site that allows various trucks to bid on the transport of your vehicle from our location to yours. Typically there is a posting fee of $59.
What is 43 Auto’s return policy?
I ordered the wrong part. What do I do now?
If 43 Auto has the correct part in stock, then you may return the item and exchange it for the correct one. However, if there is a price difference, that will need to be paid at the time of the exchange. If 43 Auto does not have the correct part, we can try to locate it for you. There may be a restock fee associated with the transaction. If the part was a special order item, no returns will be accepted.
